You can order from our Weekly Menu without subscribing, or choose a subscription if you want automatic weekly meals at a better value. Subscriptions are optional.
Do I have to subscribe to order?
No.
You can order meals without a subscription. If you're just trying us out, the Weekly Menu is a great place to start.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel a subscription?
Yes — anytime.
You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription whenever you need to. There are no contracts.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals are made for the week.
Keep them refrigerated and follow the heating instructions on the package. For best quality, eat them within a few days.
Can I freeze the meals to make them last longer?
Yes.
If you won't be eating a meal right away, freezing it is completely fine.
How do I heat my meals?
Heating instructions are printed directly on each meal.
Most meals can be heated in the microwave. You can also reheat them in the oven or air fryer if you prefer.
What if I have a food allergy?
All ingredients are listed for every meal on our website.
We are not an allergen-free facility. If you have a serious allergy, please review the ingredients carefully or contact us before ordering.
When are meals ready for pickup or delivery?
Pickup is available Sunday through Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery windows vary by day:
Sunday — 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Do you have a retail location?

We operate as a meal prep service with scheduled weekly pickup and delivery.
